The second single off of INTRINSIC, “Love Will Triumph” is a timely reminder that love is the strongest force in the universe. As we face the next 4 years governed by a president propped up on a pedestal of white supremacy, capitalism, misogyny and violence, Alixa and Naima remind us that if each of us dedicates that force to embody the transformation we believe in, we can change the story we are walking into. The lyrics proclaim the desired future that they are devoted to create: one of dignity, justice, and reciprocity. They also point people toward tangible ways they can be part of the solution.

“Love Will Triumph” features vocal accompaniment from long-time collaborators Leah Song and Chloe Smith of the soulful world/folk band Rising Appalachia and legendary singer/songwriter/producer Toshi Reagon The music video showcases S.T.I.T.C.H.E.D. – a massive multi-colored tapestry comprised of over 10,000 handwritten stories that Climbing PoeTree has collected from people across the nation.
