Climbing PoeTree will facilitate a workshop on April 2 from 12:30 – 2:00 PM with students at Wellesley College. The event is for Wellesley students only and is presented by the Sustainability Committee, Paulson Ecology of Place Initiative and the student group EnAct.
Presented by the Sustainability Committee, Paulson Ecology of Place Initiative and the student group EnAct, Climbing PoeTree will offer a performance on April 2 from 4:30 – 6:00 PM for students at Wellesley College. The event is free and open to the public.
Climbing PoeTree will perform at the 5th Imagine Music & Arts Festival, a gathering full of heart, magic and community with an international myriad of innovative artists from painters and performers to music producers.
Climbing PoeTree will be presenting at this year’s Racial Justice Summit, hosted by the YWCA Madison. The event that brings together community stakeholders to work on eliminating barriers that foster racism in our community. This year’s theme, Transforming Our Future, the Summit focuses on institutional racism and involves nationally-known keynote speakers and researchers, as well as local experts and advocates. Through an environment that encourages learning from and supporting each other in our common goals, the Summit provides a platform for action planning and community dialogue.
