KATRINA INFORMATION NETWORK We Need to Act Like KIN!
No one should be treated like our brothers and sisters have been treated in the aftermath of Katrina. Families are asked to pack up from FEMA trailers with 48 hours notice. Survivors are treated like criminals and denied basic rights. The horror stories go on but little is being done by policymakers to make things right. KIN is about action for just recovery. Actions range from as little as five minutes to organizing your congregation or campus to do much more.
